Return Process

    Log in to your GE account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

    Pack Your Items

    Carefully place the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective packaging are included to prevent damage during transit.

    Attach the Label

    Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

  • 4.
    Ship and Track

    Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
